In the unfortunate event of an emergency, your issues are promptly addressed, with our managed services program customers receiving priority service. Professional support is offered for everything from software installation and laptop/notebook repairs on up to hardware upgrades.

On Demand Hourly Support

Our On Demand support services are designed for those customers who require professional IT help on occasion, but don’t want or need an ongoing managed services program. On Demand support is priced on a per-incident, hourly basis as shown below. A one-hour minimum fee applies for on-site, phone or in-shop work which is subsequently billed at 15 minute increments.
