Deleting Large Attachments from Email

Is your mail taking too long to download? Email messages have the potential to contain file attachments, including .ZIP files, graphics, or programs. On occasion you may accidentally receive an attachment you’d like to delete before you download it. Using a few easy steps, you can clean up your mail box.

1. Visit Webmail.netos.com
2. Enter your email address and password as instructed
3. When you logon, you will see all your email on the screen. The size of the emails are shown on the column marked KB.
4. Click the checkbox next to the large messages, and click Delete/Undelete. Click Purge Selected Messages to remove the messages.
5. Click Logoff to end your session. (Note: Not performing this step may lock your mailbox for 15 minutes, not allowing you to check email!)
