Mail Server Administration
These instructions are provided to help customer hosted on our Corporate Mail Server administer accounts on their domain.
1) Enter the URL for the VOPmail administration page.

2) Enter your e-mail address and password.
3) Click the “Logon” button.

This is your list of mailboxes. When first loaded, please click on the Display button on the right to load the list of mailboxes. When a warning box comes up, answer “Yes” to continue.
From this screen, you can create, edit, and delete mailboxes.
- To create a mailbox, first choose the option Registry mailbox under the Plugin field. You may then click on the create button and enter the e-mail address you would like to add. Be sure to only add the first half of the email address; the @domain.com portion will automatically be appended for you.
- To edit a mailbox, click on the name you would like to edit, and click on the Open button.
- To delete a mailbox, click on the name you would like to delete, and click on the delete button.

This is the area where you edit accounts. This will come up when you choose to create or edit an account. The main options you will be using here are Full Name and Password. To change a password, enter the password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields and click on the OK button to save your changes.
